Pollo rellenos-boneless chicken filled with mushroom, chorizo and peppercorn farce with baby vegetables and mustard jus   

Empanada de verduras con queso- seasonal vegetable and goats cheese pie in sherry pastry served with salad greens   

Cordero a la moruna- cumin and cinnamon crusted lamb rump topped with sherry soaked sultanas, roasted almonds and pedro ximinez jus
