Following Franco's death in 1975, a string of highly popular, low budget soft-porn movies were being made in Spain. Rated "R" is the subtitle of this affectionate and highly entertaining comedy about three actresses with different motives, hired to make a softcore film about nuns. The always reliable Candela Peña and Antonio de la Torre deliver wonderful performances, and the strikingly beautiful Goya Toledo (Amores Perros) proves to be one of the best Spanish actresses of the moment.
