At La Mirada Lounge, prior to the screening of The Chicken, the Fish and the King Crab and following the screening of Mediterranean Diet, Abel Martin (Lola's Tapas) prepares his award winning traditional Paella and Fideua. To accompany this delicious meal, enjoy the finest organic Spanish wines selected by one of Australia's most acclaimed sommeliers.
