A delightful comedy about a couple in crisis is the priceless film that will open this year's festival. A Boyfriend for My Wife follows the desperate attempts of ‘El Tenso' to separate from his wife. She is driving him mad with her cynicism, her negative take on life and, more than anything, her non-stop-talking. He finally follows his friend's advice and hires an atypical ladies man to seduce his wife. Hilarious dialogues, clever direction and brilliant performances. A winning film, perfect to set the mood for our inaugural party.
